Shipping and Returns
Shipping rates are automatically Calculated at check out. We do ship Worldwide.
Item(s) will be shipped by USPS within 3-10 days except weekends and holidays after payment clears. If your address and PayPal
account are not confirmed with PayPal then please allow additional 1-3 days for payments to clear even when
using a credit card. E-checks can take 7-12 day's to clear.
International orders outside US are shipped using
USPS Standard Parcel Post unless other shipping arrangements have been
made with FPVpilot.com. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery when using
Parcel Post shipping. You can change or cancel order anytime before we
ship it but once it ships we can not make any changes or cancellations.
You have 30 days to return un-used item(s) in new condition starting
from the date delivered. Only items purchased through FPVpilot.com's
web site qualify. Items purchased through eBay or other sales are
subject to their description in the listing and do not pertain to
this.
Our packaging is designed to Reduce Shipping Weight and also Paper, Bag Waste so no fancy boxes to throw away only what is required for proper shipping. Please Help us reduce waste, Let's protect the environment together!
Return Policy
Prior to returning you must contact us at email
FPVpilot@verizon.net for a RMA number. Items returned without an RMA
number may take much longer to process. Due to the nature of the RC hobby (crashing) only unused or defective items maybe returned.
Note: International
Orders. Due to Customs Inspections packages can be delayed 4-5 weeks.
Please allow for this before reporting lost or missing package(s) to
us.
As of Jan. 1st, 2010 the US Post Office (USPS) no longer gives
tracking info with Parcel Post shipping and only gives delivery
confirmation.
If you would like Tracking then please contact us for an upgrade in shipping to Priority or Express at additional cost.
Please understand this is a small-part-time business for us. We ship almost every weekday.
We Do Not Ship on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. We will do are very best to treat you the way we would like to be treated. We will also answer your questions in a timely manner but we can't give you the 'immediate' customer service that you probably expect from a full-time business. We are doing are very best and appreciate your business and your patience. If you do not agree with the above listed information then please contact us for a refund.
