We ship almost every weekday. We cannot ship on Friday past noon, Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. We will do are very best to treat you the way we would like to be treated. We will also answer your questions in a timely manner but we can't give you the 'immediate' customer service that you probably expect from a full-time business. We

Opening a PayPal claim while your item(s) is either still processing or about to be shipped will automatically cancel your order. Your payment will be refunded within 48-72 hours weekend/holidays excluded.

We No Longer Ship with FedEx, UPS or DHL and only use USPS for all of our shipping needs so please keep this in mind as we will be unable to ship packages with these other companies at this time.

Item(s) will be shipped by USPS except weekends and holidays after payment clears. If your address and PayPal
account are not confirmed then please allow additional 1-3 days for payments to clear even when
using a credit card. E-checks can take 7-12 day's to clear.
International orders outside US are shipped using
USPS Standard Parcel Post unless other shipping arrangements have been
made with FPVpilot.com. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery when using
Parcel Post shipping. You can change or cancel order anytime before we
ship it but once it ships we can not make any changes or cancellations.
Some orders maybe charged a 15% restocking fee if canceled.
You have 30 days to return un-used item(s) in new condition starting
from the date delivered. Only items purchased through FPVpilot.com's
web site qualify. Items purchased through eBay or other sales are
subject to their description in the listing and do not pertain to
this.

Return Policy
Prior to returning you must contact us at email
FPVpilot@verizon.net for a RMA number. Items returned without an RMA
number may take much longer to process. Due to the nature of the RC hobby (crashing) only unused or defective items maybe returned.

As of Jan. 1st, 2010 the US Post Office (USPS) no longer gives
tracking info with Standard Parcel Post shipping and only gives delivery
confirmation.
If you would like Tracking then please contact us for an upgrade in
shipping to Priority/Express at additional cost.
