Heavy Duty Pan and Tilt Antenna Tracking Station (AT Pro-1000)
Professional servo controlled antenna tracking station that fits small and large patch antennas and a lot more. This is not a mount made for security cameras or something alike but a purpose built and designed Antenna Tracking Station that will allow most of the FPV ground stations gear mounted to it. It has universal mounting locations for helping balance the different kinds of loads depending on the weight and CG of the installed equipment keeping the servo power draw low. Very sturdy and rugged design with no fear of breakage. Easy to set up and can be mounted on a tripod or placed on any flat surface. Precision Light weight and manufactured from strong 6061 T6 aircraft aluminum and will handle larger Yagi/directional type antennas also (w/optional #ATPT-100YB bracket). Plenty of space and mounting holes for video receivers to be attached even large dual output models. Works with most antenna trackers interfaces that use servos for operation like EagleEyes, EzAntenna Tracker and custom designs. (Not Included).
Can be purchased with 2 servos or without. The AT Pro-1000 has 1:1 ratio so the servos do not lose there ratings through gear drives which can lower servos output power by half or more. Can easily rotate from 1 to more then 360 degrees and tilt up to 90 degrees plus. Panning is supported by a flat surface multi-bearing system that is rated at over a 100lbs so there's no wobble when in operation and much less strain on the panning servo. Mounting holes for popular video receivers so no Velcro/tie straps needed. Strong enough to attach a small camera (Optional camera bracket #ATPT-100CB) which is great for recording the aircraft when no camera person is available since the AT Pro-1000 is always pointed in the direction of the aircraft. This can also have a spot light mounted for night flights :)..... The AT Pro-1000 is strong enough to handle most of the ground stations gear attached to it making it a all-in-one Tracking Station.

Assembly Instructions Any good Metal geared High Torque servo can be used for panning along with any 90 degree MG standard servo for tilt. Some modifications may be needed depending on what servo you intend to use. Metal Geared (MG) High Torque servos are highly recommended. The AT Pro-1000 can handle most of the Ground Stations gear.
The antenna cables can be very stiff so mounting the video receivers
on the tilt arm is preferred since the A/V cables can flex and move more easily.
The AT Pro-1000 has different pivoting holes so balancing the tilting arm can be better achieved.
If using larger Yagi antenna the recommended ATPT-100YB comes
with a counter weight to help balance.
Yagi and Patch directional antenna's can be used at the same time allowing
greater wireless video range with optional
ATPT-100YB bracket.
