450 Class RC Helicopter complete FPV set up. Part #CK-450
The Popular FPV 450 Kit is now 6 grams lighter then earlier versions without sacrificing strength. This is a nice upgrade for your 450 class FPV heli. This kit is designed for the 450 FPV pilot that wants to get flying and doesn't want to spend hours collecting, designing and assembling parts only end up with some cheesy mount. I know...I've been there... This kit was designed with you in mind so you can get flying with all your FPV gear mounted properly. First thing is to get the camera further from the ground so we added extended landing skids with strong T6 tubing which also helps in protecting it from less then perfect landings. The extended skids are stronger then stock plastic skids and handle the added FPV systems weight much better. Then we move the video transmitter to the boom supports with the BSM-450 getting it further from the 450's electronics and giving a better location for broadcasting a better signal. We then Include an Anti-Vibration camera
mount and Extended Battery Tray so your now ready to go, not to mention these parts are polished and look sexy mounted on a heli.
Set up for 450 RC helicopters like the Trex, HK, CopterX, EXI, etc...
Comes with the following:
Extended Landing Gear (#CEG450S (3") or CEG450L (4")). We developed are
extended landing gear mainly for getting the expensive camera gear
higher up from the ground but it also can be used by AP pilots that
require more space for a larger cameras. It's much stronger then stock
gear and adds a comfort zone in case of a hard landing or a crash that
may normally destroy the camera. This gear works like a crumble zone
and can be re-straighten if the unfortunate happens. Clearance 3" from frame to ground.
Anti-Vibe under chassis cam mount (#AVM-100S, AVM100-100TL or AVM-450GP) This mount has foam
rubber isolation to help prevent un-wanted high freq vibrations that
can cause for poor video or even ruin wireless cameras. Also with tilting option.
Battery Tray (#BT450S) With the Extended Battery
Tray you can place your battery on the lower chassis allowing more room
for gear. helps balance the heli when video TX is mounted near the tail.
Strut Boom Video TX Mount (#BSM450). The Strut Boom Video TX
mount is great for mounting a wireless video transmitter to the tail
allowing it to be farther away from the helis electronics.
Includes mounting hardware.
